It has come to our attention that some players may need to verify the amount of union dues listed on their T4s (Box 44) and/or W2s (Box 14). We intend to work with the clubs to ensure this information is provided to you in the future. In the meantime, we wanted to follow up and ensure that all our members have accurate information regarding their union dues for the past year.
We kindly request all members to take a moment to review their T4s and W2s to ensure that the correct amount of union dues is reflected. If you find any discrepancies or require a letter outlining the amount of union dues paid, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to assist you with your tax filings.
For those who do not have their dues listed on their T4s or W2s, please note that the amount of union dues paid can also be found on your last paystub.
Playoff Compensation
Player compensation = ((Paid Revenue x 10%)/42) + $500
CBA formula: PLAYERS participating in the post-season playoff shall each be paid an equal share of (x) ten percent (10%) of the gross ticket revenue net of taxes of each game plus an additional payment of $500 per game, or (y) $1,000, whichever is greater.

Halifax @ Albany – April 28, 2024
Albany FireWolves have reported paid ticket revenue in the amount of $27,274.07 (USD) for the playoff game vs. the Halifax Thunderbirds played on April 28, 2024. This is based on paid tickets of 951.
Attendance for the game was 1,998
Based on this amount, the amount due to each of the participating players on the 21-man roster is $1,000 (USD).
Panther City @ San Diego – April 27, 2024
San Diego Seals have reported paid ticket revenue in the amount of $87,107.10 (USD) for the playoff game vs. Panther City Lacrosse Club played on April 27, 2024. This is based on paid tickets of 3,116.
Attendance for the game was 3,791
Based on this amount, the amount due to each of the participating players on the 21-man roster is $1,000 (USD).
Rochester @ Toronto – April 27, 2024
Toronto Rock have reported paid ticket revenue in the amount of $174,587.40 CAD, converted to $127,728.14 (USD), for the playoff game vs. the Rochester Knighthawks played on April 27, 2024. This is based on paid tickets of 5,728.
Attendance for the game was 5,863.
The conversion of funds was determined using the Exchange Rate of 0.7316 per Bank of Canada, April 26, 2024.
Based on this amount, the amount due to each of the participating players on the 21-man roster is $1,000 (USD).
Georgia @ Buffalo – April 27, 2024
Buffalo Bandits have reported paid ticket revenue in the amount of $481,568.39 (USD) for the playoff game vs. the Georgia Swarm played on April 27, 2024. This is based on paid tickets of 16,996.
Attendance for the game was 16,119.
Based on this amount, the amount due to each of the participating players on the 21-man roster is $1,646.59 (USD).
