Please be advised of the attached list of each Club’s free agents. Please view the glossary tab on the excel for further information on player designations. Below outlines the FA system.
The deadline for qualifying veteran players per the CBA is July 31st, 2024.
The list has been compiled based on information obtained by the league and is deemed to be reliable but is subject to errors and omissions. Please contact [email protected] and/or the League should you have any questions on the status of any player.
Free Agency opens August 1st. Be advised, clubs do not have to match promotional monies in another club’s offer to restricted free agents. Clubs are only required to match base compensation and bonus (attached is a matching offer sheet). Clubs owning the rights to the restricted free agent will be notified by the League should another club tender an offer/SPA to the player.

Free Agency System
A1 RFA
A Player shall not be eligible for QO+ during a given offseason in the event Player received a QO+ during the previous offseason, did not sign an agreement with the team owning Player’s rights to his services, and sits out one full year.
A2 RFA
Teams may retain the rights to match an offer (on-field compensation: salary + bonus) by another team by making a QO to the player of their previous year’s salary.
Teams may retain the rights to the player’s services by making a QO to the player of an increase of 6% of their previous year’s salary (“QO+”). Player’s salary may exceed the Veteran Maximum in the event team makes a QO+ offer to the Player, but in any event, Player cannot earn greater than an 6% increase over previous year’s salary.
Players who do not receive a QO or QO+ shall become a UFA.
A3 RFA
Players making under the A3 Threshold the immediately preceding season shall be considered an A3 RFA.
