Additional Resources

To go along with the EAP, the NLLPA has also vetted two other resources who have offered to be of assistance to our membership.  Chuck Thuss and Dr. Cristina Versari are available to all NLLPA members for any issues related to performance enhancement, team building, personality profile, career and educational planning, relationship issues, and mental health issues.

The NLLPA will cover all costs for your first visit with Chuck or Christina.  Further coverage will be determined on a case by case basis, but members can be assured the NLLPA will assist with mental health related issues.  However, members will have to pay for performance based assistance.  Chuck and Christina have offered preferred pricing to our membership
The PA can help make the connection for you or you can reach directly out to the below resources directly:
Chuck Thuss
Chuck is the owner of Compassionate Connection and Certified Professional Coach.  Chuck supports you on getting clear about what things look like for you.  He provides a unique set of coaching skills that will support you in developing the tools you may utilize to assist in creating your dreams.  I have spent a lot of time speaking with Chuck.  He was a member of the PHPA (ECHL & AHL) and he really understands the difficulty of our work/life balance.  He now assists the PHPA membership with his services through Compassionate Connection.
